Greg Bedard: Right now they’re the best players on the team. They were outstanding on Sunday.

Jabrill Peppers

Greg Bedard: He was incredible on Sunday. He really brought it. He had that first pop on Deebo Samuel. He had that interception. And there was also, he tried to make a play, tried to shoot a gap, he doesn’t get there then continues at full speed to wheel back around and after the 3o-yard gain, he made the tackle.

Davon Godchaux

Greg Bedard: I thought Godchaux was tremendous in this game. There was one time where he wasn’t lined up in the right place, but other than that I thought he was terrific.

3 DOWN

Jacoby Brissett

Greg Bedard: I thought he was awful in the first half. He was terrible in this game. In fact, dating back to Mac Jones’s rookie year, this was the fourth worst rated game I had for a Patriots quarterback.

Demontrey Jacobs

Greg Bedard: I feel bad about this but he was out there. He gave up 6.5 total quarterback pressures, 2 sacks, 4 hits, a half a hurry, 1.5 stuffed runs. Yeah, he had a tough time.

Sidy Sow

Greg Bedard: I fault the coaches for putting him in this position. He did not look ready to go. His pad level was terrible. He was just not put in a good spot. He should’ve practiced more. He was not good enough in this game.
