The week 2 schedule saw multiple ranked teams struggle including three upsets by unranked teams. That doesn't include No. 12 Tennessee and No. 3 Texas, who both flexed their muscles with a 51-10 drubbing of No. 23 NC State and a 31-12 win over No. 9 Michigan at The Big House, respectively. There were even some close calls, No. 4 Alabama led USF only 14-13 heading into the fourth quarter before scoring 28 points in the final period to hang on for a deceiving 42-16 win. No. 8 Penn State trailed Bowling Green 24-20 at halftime before narrowly winning 34-27, and No. 6 Oregon needed a game-winning field goal to hold off Boise State, 37-34. Oklahoma struggles against Houston at home. No. 20 Kansas didn't look good against Illinois. And last-second field goal by Iowa State stunned No. 21 Iowa in the in-state rivalry, giving the Cyclones only their third win in the series over the last 10 years.

Week 3 isnt the greatest card and only a few top 25 matchups. Alabama goes to Wisconsin, South Carolina will host LSU. Bosto College heads to Missouri and Oregon takes on Oregon St.
