Toucher & Rich react to the Patriots’ new slogan – Good or blah?
The Patriots seem to have a new slogan. Recently, players in the Patriots’ locker room were seen wearing gray sweatshirts with the old ‘Pat Patriot’ logo on the front and eight words on the back. These sweatshirts were given to every player by assistant head coach Joe Judge, but the meaning behind the message is unclear.

Some fans think it might be a variation of the saying “we’re all we’ve got, we’re all we need,” while others speculate it could relate to the Patriots’ lack of recent impactful additions, especially on offense, possibly hinting at moves before the NFL trade deadline.

Anyways, during this morning’s Toucher & Rich radio program, Fred and Rich find it somewhat uninspiring, suggesting that it implies the team won’t be making any significant moves or improvements. They also joke about the complexity of the word “unequivocally” and compare the slogan to motivational phrases used in other workplaces. Overall, it’s underwhelmed by the message and questions its effectiveness as a motivational tool for the team.
it remains to be seen whether this enigmatic message will serve as a source of motivation or simply add to the intrigue surrounding the New England Patriots. But if you ask me, Nick Gemelli, I think it’s pretty corny. OUT!
