Things are trending in the right direction for the Cowboys ahead of Sunday’s Patriots matchup
The Dallas Cowboys were without multiple starters at Wednesday’s practice, as they prepare to face the New England Patriots this Sunday. For Thursday’s practice session, the team looked a lot more complete.
Of the five players that missed Wednesday’s practice, four returned on Thursday. Wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (not injury related/rest) and defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence (not injury related/rest) were both full participants, while offensive linemen Tyler Biadasz (hamstring) and Zach Martin (ankle) were limited.

There was one addition to the Cowboys’ injury report on Thursday. Running back Tony Pollard (not injury related/rest) was limited after not being listed on Wednesday. Besides his addition things remain the same, with offensive tackle Tyron Smith (knee) not participating for the second day in a row and offensive lineman Chuma Edoga (elbow) still limited.
For the Patriots, there were no changes from Wednesday’s report. Offensive linemen Cole Strange (knee) and Sidy Sow (concussion), defensive linemen Davon Godchaux (ankle) and Christian Barmore (knee), and cornerback Jonathan Jones (ankle) all remain limited.
Both teams will issue one more injury report for the week on Friday. That will include game statuses for Sunday’s matchup.
