Boston Celtics

The NBA announced its referees for Game 6 of the NBA Finals Thursday morning. Zach Zarba serves as the crew chief, which is his second time doing so during this series.

His first time was Game 2, when the Golden State Warriors evened the series in a 107-88 win at home. The Boston Celtics had 18 fouls called against them in comparison to 17 for the Warriors.

Per Matt Gaegan of CBS News, the Celtics are 1-4 when Zarba is part of the officiating crew during this postseason. The one win came in Game 1 against the Brooklyn Nets when Jayson Tatum won the game on a buzzer-beating layup. The other three games Boston lost with Zarba officiating were Game 3 against the Milwaukee Bucks and Games 1 and 6 against the Miami Heat, per Gaegan.

Tip off of Game 6 on Thursday night is at 9. The game takes place in TD Garden and can be watched on ABC. Listen to the game on 98.5 The Sports Hub Radio where pregame coverage with Sean Grande and Cedric Maxwell starts at 8:30.
