Jayson Tatum continues to dominate as a scorer during his career in a Celtics uniform, in this case particularly from three-point range.
In a dominant 124-104 win on the road against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday, Tatum tallied 30 points and went 6-of-10 from beyond the arc. His strong shooting day allowed him to pass Ray Allen for third place on the Celtics’ all-time three-point leaders with 801.
While Tatum sits under his career average of 38.3 percent from three-point range, he is heating up in the month of March. Tatum is shooting 45.5 percent from beyond the arc to drive his season-best 34.2 points per game in March. Only Kyrie Irving is averaging more, with 37.8 points per game this month in five fewer games.

Tatum continues to make his mark as the next generation of great Boston scorers. His abilities from the perimeter are a major factor in Boston’s second-half surge and an 8-1 start to the month of March.
