The Patriots made a series of roster moves on Thursday, heading into Sunday's matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Those moves included placing safety Joshuah Bledsoe (calf) on injured reserve, and tackle Yodny Cajuste on the reserve/COVID list.

Bledsoe was a sixth-round pick by the Patriots back in the spring. He missed training camp due to a thumb injury and opened the season on the NFI list. The team activated him in November, but the calf injury derailed his progress before he could appear in a game.

Cajuste has appeared in seven games for the Patriots this year, mostly early in the season. He made two starts in mid-October, but hadn't appeared in a game since Week 10.

One player did return from reserve/COVID for the Patriots on Thursday. Defensive end Deatrich Wise was back at practice after missing Sunday's game against the Bills.

Guard Shaq Mason was absent at practice after being present on Wednesday. He was listed with an illness on Thursday's injury report. The remainder of the injury report for both the Patriots and Jaguars was the same as Wednesday.
