The Patriots finished re-filling out their practice squad on Wednesday, signing offensive lineman Jake Eldrenkamp. This comes a day after they added center Drake Jackson.

This will be Eldrenkamp's second stint with the Patriots in his five-year career. The Washington product spent time with the team in the offseason in 2019. Since being released by the Colts during final roster cuts, he'd had two free agent visits to Foxborough over the past few weeks.

Eldrenkamp originally entered the league with the Rams as a UDFA in 2017. After a stop in Cleveland in 2018, he played his first two NFL games for the Colts in 2020.

Following the elevations of quarterback Brian Hoyer and kicker Nick Folk, the team had a pair of spots open on the practice squad this week. They did not need to led any players go to add either Eldrenkamp or Jackson.
