Kevione Faulk, LSU student and football team staffer and daughter of Patriots Hall of Famer Kevin Faulk, has died, the school announced in a statement Monday. She was 19 years old.
“We are heartbroken with the passing of Kevione Faulk, and our thoughts and prayers are with the Faulk family and all of those who love Kevione,” the statement reads. “She was a part of the LSU family, and we mourn the loss of a daughter, a sister, a friend, a classmate and a colleague. We ask that all Tigers keep the Faulks in their prayers and respect their privacy at this difficult time.”
The Patriots Hall of Fame Twitter account said Monday: “Our heart is broken for Kevin and the entire Faulk family today. Such devastating news. If you pray, send some prayers to the Faulks tonight.”
Kevione’s father Kevin Faulk is currently the running backs coach at LSU. He played his entire NFL career with the New England Patriots from 1999-2011, playing 161 games and winning three Super Bowl championships in 2001, 2003, and 2004. He was inducted into the Patriots Hall of Fame in 2016.
A cause of death for Kevione has not been reported at this time.
