Tom Brady may have been defeated in his second year of “The Match” golf competition. But in an exhibition like this, the highlights really are what matter in the end. Just be entertaining.
So it’s not the least bit shocking that Brady delivered arguably the most entertaining moment of “The Match,” part deux. On the third hole of the competition, which pitted Brady and Phil Mickelson against Aaron Rodgers and Bryson DeChambeau, Brady’s typical pinpoint accuracy showed up on the golf course.
Watch the clip below to see Brady’s tee shot, estimated at 390 yards. The ball lands safely on the green with minimal roll, insanely close to the pin. It was about as close as you can get to a perfect shot without a hole-in-one.

Brady lost the bragging rights in the end, but this one tee shot was one of the few golf moments worth discussing from the 2021 edition of “The Match.” He’s on to defending a Super Bowl championship.
