Revs goalkeeper Matt Turner named to U.S. Men’s National Team
New England Revolution goalkeeper Matt Turner has been named to the U.S. Men’s National Team roster for the 2021 Gold Cup tournament, the team announced.
As of Thursday, Turner is tied for the MLS lead with seven wins, holding a 7-2-2 record. He’s allowed only 13 goals in 11 starts, with three shutouts.

Turner is expected to report for training camp on Monday, July 5 in Kansas City. The 2021 Gold Cup tournament is expected to last about three weeks. The USMNT will begin the tourney in Group B along with Canada and Martinique.
