Patriots tight end Hunter Henry has a baby on the way with his wife, Parker. So the couple decided to reveal whether the baby is a boy or a girl in grand fashion.
Watch above for the new Instagram video from Henry at Gillette Stadium, where it was announced on the video screen that a baby boy is coming. Based on Henry’s reaction, he’s obviously excited to have a son.
Henry signed a three-year deal with the Patriots worth up to $37.5 million in March.
In 2019, three Patriots players missed a game to attend the birth of their child: running back James White, and linebackers Kyle Van Noy and Shilique Calhoun. So if it comes to that in December, it’s likely Henry will have to sit out a Sunday.
But regardless of how it impacts the football team, family comes first, and this is exciting news for Hunter and Parker.
