The Boston Bruins announced on Thursday that they cancelled their pregame skate in Buffalo after a player entered the COVID-19 protocol.

Boston was set to face off against the Buffalo Sabres Thursday night at Key Bank Arena at 7 p.m. It’s unclear as of this writing how the teams or the National Hockey League plan to proceed as it relates to the game.
