Patriots list 14 players as questionable for Thursday night

Despite the short week of recovery, the Patriots seem to be relatively healthy heading into Thursday night’s game with the Los Angeles Rams. On their final injury report of the week the team lists 14 players, but all are questionable.
Highlighting that group are the Patriots’ second and third corners J.C. Jackson (hip, knee) and Jonathan Jones (neck). Both players did not finish Sunday’s win over the Chargers due to injuries, and were limited at practice all week. It does appear though, at this point, that they have a chance to play.
Also listed is tight end Ryan Izzo, who is dealing with a trio of injuries. Izzo entered last week’s game dealing with hamstring and hand injuries, then had something happen to his neck against the Chargers. He hasn’t yet been ruled out, but if he can’t go it could mean the return of Devin Asiasi. Asiasi is currently still on injured reserve, but eligible to be reactivated. The rookie made the trip and is in Los Angeles with the team.

Quarterback Cam Newton is questionable as well. He’s on his second week of dealing with an abdomen injury, likely suffered during the Cardinals game. It didn’t seem to limit him much last week, as he ran for 48 yards and two scores on 14 carries.
The Rams had just one player listed on their final injury report, with kicker Matt Gay questionable with a shoulder injury.
