The New England Revolution earned a berth in the Eastern Conference Final with a 3-1 win over Orlando City SC on Sunday. They will face the Columbus Crew next Sunday, Dec. 6, for a chance to represent the east in the MLS Cup Final.
Gustavo Bou scored twice in the match, and netted his second goal in the 86th minute to put the game out of reach for Orlando City. Revs goaltender Matt Turner made arguably the play of the game, however, when he stopped Orlando captain Nani on a penalty kick in the 74th minute, with the Revs up only 2-1 at the time.
