Wicked Holiday Guide

STAMFORD, CT - NOVEMBER 24: A Guatemalan immigrant carves the Thanksgiving turkey on November 24, 2016 in Stamford, Connecticut. Family and friends, some of them U.S. citizens, others on work visas and some undocumented immigrants came together in an apartment to celebrate the American holiday with turkey and Latin American dishes. They expressed concern with the results of the U.S. Presidential election of president-elect Donald Trump, some saying their U.S.-born children fear the possibilty their parents will be deported after Trump's inauguration. There is such a build-up before Thanksgiving. Everyone gets excited about the turkey and all the delicious food that will be eaten all day. And almost better than Thanksgiving dinner, are those delightful leftovers the next day. The flavors have set in, and food is at its best.

It’s usually around day three where things go south. There is still a ton of food, but everyone is kind of over it. Unfortunately, that food costs money, so throwing it away isn’t probably a good idea. Instead, try reimagining the ingredients into other delicious dishes. Here are some suggestions.
