Watch above to see Bruins forward Charlie Coyle score his third goal of the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, another baseball-like tip out of midair and into the net (via Conor Ryan). The Coyle goal gave the Bruins a 1-0 lead over the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 1 of their best-of-seven conference semifinal series.

The play started with Brad Marchand protecting the puck and regaining possession after briefly losing it, then shuffling the puck to defenseman Brandon Carlo. The blue liner bombed it from the point and Coyle was waiting there in front of the net, impressively tipping the puck a few feet away from his body.

Coyle is up to three goals and one assist in five-plus games since the start of the playoffs.

Boston held the lead for the final 1:08 of the period to hit the first intermission up 1-0. They are also out-shooting Tampa 15-10 through one.
