Continuing an early roller coaster ride at Patriots training camp, wide receiver Julian Edelman was limited in Thursday’s practice in Foxboro and appears to be working through an injury, according to multiple reports.

Edelman previously left practice early and was limited on Tuesday. But on Wednesday, as reported by NBC Sports Boston’s Phil Perry, Edelman “was a more active participant.” Reporters in attendance concluded that Edelman appears to be dealing with some sort of injury.

Edelman has yet to be totally absent from practice for the Patriots, indicating that any injury he may have is minor in nature. Nine players, including cornerback Stephon Gilmore and wide receiver N’Keal Harry, were among those absent on Thursday.
