NBA announces Celtics-Sixers playoff series schedule
The Celtics face the Sixers in the first round of the 2020 NBA Playoffs, and now we know the schedule. Read below for the full slate of games.
Boston rested its top-6 rotation players (Kemba Walker, Marcus Smart, Jaylen Brown, Gordon Hayward, Jayson Tatum, Daniel Theis) in Thursday’s regular season finale, a 96-90 loss to the Wizards, after learning that it would be facing Philly in the first round.
Here’s the full Celtics-Sixers schedule, with start times for Games 5-7 (if necessary) still to be determined.
Game 1: Monday, August 17, 6:30 p.m.
Game 2: Wednesday, August 19, 6:30 p.m.
Game 3: Friday, August 21, 6:30 p.m.
Game 4: Sunday, August 23, 1:00 p.m.
Game 5 (if necessary): Tuesday, August 25, time TBD
Game 6 (if necessary): Thursday, August 27, time TBD
Game 7 (if necessary): Saturday, August 29, time TBD
