Patriots rookie class of 2019 sticking together on Instagram

Jarrett Stidham isn’t getting the most Instagram attention when it comes to New England quarterbacks, but his fellow second-year Patriots are making sure he keeps the numbers up.
Over the weekend, Stidham posted this workout picture at what appears to be a hybrid football/baseball field. (Side note: Those were great and it’s a shame there’s none left in the NFL.)
Wide receivers N’Keal Harry and Gunner Olszewski, who were rookies with Stidham last season, were quick to comment.
Cam Newton may be the Patriots’ perceived ‘QB1,’ but don’t think the guys on the roster have forgotten about Stidham. While Newton has thrown mostly with Mohamed Sanu and Odell Beckham Jr., who despite years of speculation isn’t on the Patriots roster (yet), most of the Pats receivers have been spotted working with Stidham his summer.
The Instagram peeks into workouts are almost over, and by next week (hopefully), they’ll all be on the same field and the quarterback competition can begin truly head-to-head.
