As Patriots fans are quickly learning, Cam Newton is one of the NFL's most active players on social media. The newly signed Pats QB continues to frequently post content on his Instagram page ahead of what he hopes to be his first season as the starter for a team other than the Carolina Panthers.

In his latest clip, Newton declares: "I'm getting tired of being humble," seemingly in the middle of a vigorous workout. You can watch the full clip above.

Newton also says in the video: "You're going to choose that over this?" ostensibly referring to the NFL teams that passed on the chance to sign him in favor of other free-agent quarterbacks.

For the Patriots and head coach Bill Belichick, the hope is that Newton channels his motivation to stop "being humble" into showing other teams that they made a mistake not to sign him.

The Patriots are expected to return to training camp July 28. The NFL is still working out its own coronavirus protocols, and how to hold players accountable for following them.
