We now know Tom Brady will be playing elsewhere in 2020. The question now is where?
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the current favorite is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who offered Brady “$30 million or more” a year. The Los Angeles Chargers reportedly have an offer in for a similar number.
ESPN’s John Clayton followed that up with a report that Brady’s lowest offer came from the Patriots. That’s not a surprising development, and likely means Brady is chasing one last big contract before his career ends.
