The Patriots sure seemed to have ‘fun’ with their win over the Eagles on Sunday. The shaaaaaaade.

The Patriots' Bill Belichick was one happy coach following his team's 17-10 victory over the Eagles on Sunday.
"It really was a good team victory for us," Belichick began, "I'm really proud of the way our guys competed.
"They just went out there and competed for 60 minutes. We didn’t get off to a great start, but we just kept battling and made plays in all three phases of the game. We played for 60 minutes and played some good situational football and made plays that we needed to make to win. Big drive offensively coming off of the goal line in the fourth quarter, put our defense in a good field position. Defense played really well in the second half. The players covered well, rushed well, and they tackled real well. They just did a good job."
And he even used the F word. (Warning: If you have a Lane Johnson in the room, please X out of this page right now. Please.)
"It looked like everyone had fun out there today," Belichick, whose team remained in the No. 1 seed in the AFC with the victory, noted. "We played a lot of good energy and it was good to come down here and get a win.”
Oh man. (And yeah, we're gonna highlight that last sentence because there's a definite reason to do exactly that.)
By now, the Saga of the Fun between the Eagles and Patriots is well known thanks to Johnson. This is an All-Pro lineman who spent his entire time in the Super Bowl limelight complaining about the Patriots being a 'fear-based organization' and suggesting that they did not know how to have fun. He also made a baseless accusation that Belichick and Patriots owner Robert Kraft 'talked [expletive]' to the Eagles before the Super Bowl.
This ultimately led to members of the Patriots defense talking about the 'fun' they had at the team's Super Bowl parade this past February, while Johnson tried to reignite the rivalry via Twitter during the bye week.
Johnson, for what it's worth, was knocked out of this game with an injury that certainly seemed to change the momentum of the game, as the Patriots sacked Carson Wentz five times upon his departure and did not allow a touchdown after the first quarter.
Until next time, Lane.
