Patriots re-sign Stephen Gostkowski to 2-year deal

Gostkowski has kicked for the Patriots since 2006 and will stay in New England for another two years.

The second-longest tenured Patriots player will be returning to New England for the next two years.

The Pats and kicker Stephen Gostkowski have struck a two-year contract extension. There was no information immediately available on the financial details of the agreement.

Gostkowski has kicked for the Patriots since he was drafted out of Memphis in 2006. He signed a four-year contract in 2015 worth $17 million and has made just over $35 million in his career.

Gostkowski had a cap hit of $5 million in 2018.
