New England Patriots

From the NFL Newswire at 985TheSportsHub.com

In case you’re a Patriots fan who’s been watching games in a mineshaft over the past three years, ESPN’s Max Kellerman has become arguably the No. 1 most hated national media member in New England.

Kellerman’s constant doubting and criticism of Tom Brady has backfired tremendously. The Patriots have gone to three straight Super Bowls and won two of them ever since Kellerman said Brady would “fall off a cliff” and “be a bum in short order”.

Patriots linebacker Elandon Roberts hilariously put the spotlight back on Kellerman during the team’s Super Bowl championship Duck Boat parade in Boston on Tuesday. Above you can see a screenshot from the NESN live broadcast that captures Roberts with a sign that features Kellerman with a clown nose and the message “Haterade Player of the Year”. It’s unclear how Roberts got the sign, but it’s quite clear how he feels about Kellerman’s commentary.

Hey, if Kellerman’s constant criticism only motivates the Patriots to win more, perhaps New England is better off with him continuing to talk about that cliff. Roberts himself is now a two-time champion after going to three Super Bowls in as many years to start his career.
