Patriots great John Hannah talks old days on Radio Row

One of the greatest Patriots of all-time joined Zolak & Bertrand on Radio Row Wednesday to talk about this year’s Super Bowl and share some of his memories from his 13-year career in a Patriot uniform.

Hannah talked about makes Pats offensive line coach Dante Scarnecchia so good, what made his career so successful, and which teams were the best teams he played on.

“’’76 and ’78 were probably the two best teams,” Hannah said.

The 1976 Patriots went 10-2, but saw their season end in controversial fashion on a roughing the passer call in the playoffs against the Oakland Raiders. The 1978 Patriots went 11-5 before losing to Earl Campbell and the Houston Oilers in the playoffs.
