Celtics Fall to Bucks 120-107

BOSTON – The Celtics got off to a good start Friday night against the Bucks.

Not much was good after that.

The Green saw an early 10-1 lead evaporate quickly on their way to a 120-107 loss to Milwaukee. Boston trailed by as much as 26 in the second quarter.

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored a game-high 30 points. The Greek Freak added eight rebounds and five assists. He went 13-of-17 from the free throw line.

Jaylen Brown led the way for Boston with 21 points off the bench. Jayson Tatum had 20 and Kyrie Irving added 15 points.

Al Horford and Marcus Morris were not in the lineup as both continue to deal with sore knees.

The Celtics host the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday night.
