Celtics big-man Aron Baynes broke his left hand early in the first quarter of Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns.

Baynes will reportedly need surgery to resolve the issue.
According to Yahoo Sports Shams Charania, Baynes is expected to miss about one month.
The Celtics also confirmed that Baynes broke his hand, but did not offer any specifics on his potential return to the lineup.

With Al Horford still dealing with a sore knee, this likely means more playing time for Daniel Theis and rookie Robert Williams.
