Weird trolling strategy by Jets safety Jamal Adams.

There’s no question that Adams is one of the best young defensive backs in football and played great overall against the Patriots last Sunday, especially with how he covered Rob Gronkowski. But for whatever reason, Adams decided to go right at Julian Edelman, who scored a touchdown on him in the game. Which the Jets lost by 14 points, by the way.

I mean, this was a nice hit by Adams and he’s definitely hard to block.

But later in the game, Edelman got the ultimate revenge.

This would’ve been a delicious “salt in the wound” moment for Adams, had the Jets been able to pull off the upset. But … they lost … and he let Edelman get into the end zone to boot. So this was an odd choice.

Very good football player, but probably needs to work a bit on his trolling.
