PORTLAND – The Celtics wrapped up an ugly road trip with 100-94 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers Sunday night.
The Celtics saw another comeback attempt fall short. They never led and tied the game only once, when Marcus Morris hit a 3 pointer midway through the fourth quarter.
Jayson Tatum had a game-high 27 points. Kyrie Irving added 21.
Jusef Nurkic was a force down low, putting up 18 points while hauling in 17 rebounds.
