Rob Gronkowski became a surprise addition to the Patriots’ injury report on Thursday. But according to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the injury is not considered to be serious.
“Gronk was limited because they just wanted to take it easy on that ankle,” said Rapoport. “Nothing concerning here, as far as his overall health or, to my understanding, his availability for Sunday.”
Rapoport also hinted that receiver Josh Gordon could play and “open Gronk up just a little bit” against the Lions. Watch his full report in the video above.
