Tom Brady became the first player to repeat as the NFL's No. 1 player on the annual Top 100 Players list after finishing first on the 2018 edition of the league's countdown, and the first player to earn the distinction three times.

The soon-to-be 41-year-old Patriots quarterback is the reigning MVP of the league and threw for 505 yards and three touchdowns in Super Bowl LII, despite coming up short against the Philadelphia Eagles. He was the easy pick for No. 1 when you factor in his collective performance.

Here's how Brady responded to the honor on Instagram, via NESN's Zack Cox:

Can Brady three-peat at age 41? More importantly, can he get the Patriots back to the Super Bowl and win his sixth ring?
