New England Patriots

Tom Brady has already been suspected to be absent from all of the Patriots’ voluntary organized team activities. And despite showing up for all three days of mandatory minicamp, he hasn’t had a change of heart.

According to 98.5 The Sports Hub’s own Scott Zolak on the Zolak & Bertrand show, Brady will not attend the Patriots’ remaining OTA sessions next week in Foxboro. The team has four more practices, which take place June 11-12 and June 14-15, before looking ahead to the start of training camp in late July.

In his post-minicamp press conference on Thursday, Brady cited “personal reasons” for missing the first five OTAs of the offseason. He returned on Tuesday, June 5 for the first of the Patriots’ mandatory minicamp practices, and participated in full for all three.

Brady declined to commit to attending the remaining OTAs in his presser.
