Having some fun at the expense of their century-long rival the day after the Lightning eliminated the Bruins from the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Canadiens decided to set their sights on Bruins winger Brad Marchand on Twitter.
But Marchand responded, and quite simply laid waste to the Canadiens organization with 12 simple words.
In 'trouble' for two face-licking incidents this postseason, the 29-year-old Marchand was still among Boston's most productive springtime talents, with four goals and 17 points in 12 playoff games this year.
