Report: Rob Gronkowski Still Undecided About Football Future

Contrary to recent reports, Rob Gronkowski still doesn’t know if he’ll play another NFL game. And he’s in no hurry to make that decision.

Contrary to recent reports, Rob Gronkowski hasn't decided on anything yet.

According to Peter King of The MMQB on Monday, Gronkowski still hasn't made a decision about continuing his football career and is in "no hurry to make one." That contradicts a previous report by the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport that the "expectation" is for Gronkowski to be back with the Patriots in 2018.

In addition, ESPN's Adam Schefter told Megan O'Brien of Patriots.com that he thinks you'll see Gronkowski back in a Patriots uniform for the 2018 season.

All that this proves is no one truly knows what Gronkowski is going to decide except Gronk himself. And maybe even he doesn't quite know yet.

On the Patriots' side, they'd certainly like to know Gronkowski's decision by the start of the league year and free agency on March 14. Eiter way, they'll have some decisions of their own at the tight end position.
